Just finished eating a late lunch. I know better not to go here around 11-100 pm.
Everything was fresh and hot. Employees were very courteous as well.

I've been so excited for Jason's Deli to open in East Cobb because it is a quick, simple dinner especially with two young kids in tow who love the free ice cream! I went in a few days ago and while the food was good, the service was so poor. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and the girls behind the counter just continued to chat while I stood there waiting. They were not busy at all. I ordered two adult meals and two kid meals and the girl that took my order didn't explain that the kids meals come with drinks. While I was waiting on my food, I happened to look at the menu and went back to the counter to ask about the drinks and the girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her. Very disappointed in the customer service. They need to train their employees better. The food, however, was good.

We went on their grand opening in the pouring rain. When we walked in we were greeted by a very helpful staff member who helped us navigate the menu. There were so many creative choices and combinations that it took us a little while to choose!
I decided on the chicken pot pie soup and the French dip. My other half enjoyed the Cali club with lobster bisque soup . Both dishes were pretty darn good!
The complimentary soft serve ice cream was a very nice touch!

This place was clean! Big so great for families and large parties. The weather was nice so people were outside. Staff was SO nice! We had a group of 8 with lots of food allergies and medical dietary restrictions but every person was accommodated and left full, fat and sassy! We LOVE Jason's Deli for their healthy options and allergy procedures but not all locations follow them. They did tonight! They were on it! At the table we got a Reuben, Pastrami, Turkey, the Santa Fe chicken I think it's called, the Salad Bar, the 4 kid choice option with hummus, and the club sandwich. All were the right temperature, looked good, tasted great and came out fast! Even the drinks including the new Hibiscus tea were well made, station was clean and kept up! My only complaint or suggestion would be for them to use plain hummus for the kids plate. It was red pepper...good just not as kid friendly as we had hoped. But that really was the only thing which is not bad. We are SO happy to have this new location and will DEFINITELY be back!

dang ordered a sandwich instead i got a salad in between two buns!! Arugula city over here. it was a good sandwich even with all the lettuce. Overall good meal was stuffed afterwards. Nice experience but probably won't come here again.
